A Step Forward.

Well, it’s officially been 7 months now since I had finished University and 5 months since my Dissertation was handed in!

Since then I had received my overall grade and with a relief expression on my face I can safely say I have passed the course!!

Course Title: BSc (Hons) Land Based Sciences (Ecology)

I am very glad I partook in this course. I have learnt so much over the past 3 academic years and this is with great thanks to 3 tutors from Easton College. Two whom are still present there, whereas the third has unfortunately left.

Now is the time to look for jobs in my career path. However, under the current situation I have found it very hard to find a job that I could work well for. I am fortunate however, that I have a current job, working at Morrisons, but it is not somewhere I want to stay forever. Morrisons have been very good to me and accommodating to my needs, which I am very grateful for. I do enjoy working there, but I also look forward to other jobs in my career path I could do.

Many have come to mind, but the where to start looking for them is the question?

I have an array of interests:

  • Bats
  • Tigers
  • (Basically working with any animals)
  • Plants
  • Trees
  • Fungi
  • Insects

Currently the next goal I must achieve is to get my driving license, lessons are going smoothly, but (currently on hold due to the lockdown). So I look forward to when I can get back into the drivers seat and carry on learning.

Passed my Honours Degree.

I look forward to my Graduation Ceremony in October 2021 since it had been postponed due to COVID-19. I cannot wait to wear the robes and hat just like Dumbledore’s fancy attire.

I must remind myself, one step at a time and eventually I will get where I want to be.
